The Aluminum Recyclers Council (ARC) is a newly formed nonprofit trade association. ARC’s mission is to advance and grow the North American aluminum recycling industry and promote sustainable aluminum alloy products.

Recycled aluminum alloys provide similar functionality, better sustainability and lower cost than primary aluminum.

THE INDUSTRY
The recycled aluminum industry has come under attack by foreign imports of secondary aluminum ingot. In addition, our country simply exports too much domestically created aluminum scrap.
